I think our issue was our subject line in the email was different. Either way, I now had an open line of communication with them from the account I could get into. I changed the subject line to what they asked for, sent them the email as requested, and notified them that it was sent. 1hour later, we have access to the account again. All Activity. Because using just an email to recover an account is not secure enough on its own. I would try to go back through emails and see if there are any hints you can find regarding your account. Maybe a previous email from arenanet might help remembering. And as a given, working with support and providing any pertinent information.

If you plan to add more accounts in the future, consider creating a few F2P accounts beforehand to have them ready to go for new licenses. Log into those accounts at least once and create a character to avoid getting flagged by the internal security sweep when adding a new license.
