The DLC would normally sync to the Dragon Age Keep and let me download it through the game. The Dragon Age servers are currently down and the only other way I can obtain the DLC for my xBox is through the Live Marketplace, but I can only do that with a code which I don't have as xBox for whatever reason doesn't allow the DLC to be downloaded

Although the following games you mentioned are listed as backwards compatible, they are not listed for purchase on the 360 marketplace website: Driver San Francisco, Forza Horizon 1, Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST, Halo Reach, Halo 4, Halo Wars, Halo Spartan Assault. In XM360, it doesn't recognize Fallout 3 as having any DLC available, all are red circles with a line through them. However with Xbox 360 Content Unlocker it shows the DLC files as being unlocked. My games are mostly on an external hard drive. I have tried disabling my stealth server, Proto, and that didn't work either. None of the DLC or season pass shows up on the 360 marketplace and the in-game store doesn't allow you to purchase them. Only way to currently get the DLC is to buy a season pass key from a Ok if you are trying to use the account balance to buy this dlc you would actually have to do that on an actually xbox 360. That would be the only way to use your account balance to purchase the dlc. You will have to use a credit card 100% of the time with anything BC related via the Xbox one. if your friend use your console with his profile he will share dlc with you because yours drm are on that console, and if you play with his console with your profile you will have the dlc by roaming (The term “roaming” refers to using content that you purchased on one Xbox 360 console on another Xbox 360 console) but he can't use them with

Unfortunately, games before 2K15 (not including 2K15) do not have DLC for sale, and games before 2K18 (up until the end of the month) don't have the servers up. You can still buy the DLC, you just can't play online or use any of the online features.
